I wrote the following, thinking that it would fit on Instagram.
It does not.
I wrote it because lately I am meeting more people than usual. Because I have been reluctant to be active and logical on social media, people looking for info about me may think that I do not do much.
I do a lot, and in different parts of the world.
I am now based in Toledo, Ohio and am actively reaching out to the 120 million people living within a 600 mile radius. Plus Japan.

My name is Stephen Black. Since 2015 I have been focused on Augmented Reality. I research, build networks and give presentations worldwide. With my background in art, photography, video and writing, I utilize the unique properties and potential of AR. I am the co-creator of Bubiko Foodtour.
Recent projects: An Enormous Yes.
The Enormous Yes art project will debut at Signal Return in Detroit on August 8th, 2025.

The above image of Bubiko in New York will be included in an upcoming exhibition at the Tech Incubator at Queens College.
Blue Matcha: this amazing tea is the theme of a book project, as well as a Bubiko +AR tea product.
The chefs are from Grey Ghost. On Youtube is a video called Detroit Iron Chef III. At the end of that video is a QR code for AR content.
The Japanese images are from an ongoing collaboration with the Digital Art Center of Nagoya.
The photos of Utsunomiya are on display at the Glass City Convention Center, in Toledo OH.
At the Toledo Museum of Art is an installation showing paintings by Paul Dodd, installed near Moses, a sculpture by Tony Smith.
Mycellium is the name of an intimate, semiregular networking/portrait session I organize.
One Million Cups: In IRL or online, I attend weekly and have presented at the 1MC chapters in Ann Arbor and Chicago.
In the red square is Sven Olaf Nelson, the founder of Pineapple Press, which specializes in letterpress. Sven is making original type for An Enormous Yes.
The gold hanging images are from Juan Carlos Zaldivar’s project about dementia for which we did a pilot at SXSW.

「Blue Matcha」：この素晴らしいお茶は、書籍プロジェクトのテーマであると同時に、「Bubiko +AR」のお茶製品でもあります。シェフは「Grey Ghost」のメンバーです。YouTubeには『Detroit Iron Chef III』という動画が公開されています。 その動画の最後には、ARコンテンツ用のQRコードがあります。日本の画像は、名古屋デジタルアートセンターとの継続的なコラボレーションによるものです。
宇都宮の写真は、オハイオ州トレドのグラス・シティ・コンベンション・センターで展示されています。トレド美術館では、トニー・スミス作の彫刻『モーゼス』の近くに、ポール・ドッドの絵画を展示したインスタレーションが設置されています。「Mycellium」は、私が主催している、親密で半定期的なネットワーキング・セッションの名称です。
「One Million Cups」：リアルでもオンラインでも毎週参加しており、アナーバーとシカゴの1MC支部ではプレゼンテーションも行いました。赤い四角の中に写っているのは、活版印刷を専門とする「Pineapple Press」の創設者、スヴェン・オラフ・ネルソンです。
スヴェンは『An Enormous Yes』のためにオリジナルの活字を制作しています。金色の吊り下げられた画像は、フアン・カルロス・サルディバルによる認知症をテーマにしたプロジェクトのもので、SXSWでパイロット版を実施しました。最後に、裏庭で撮影した花の写真です。 —

Me llamo Stephen Black. Desde 2015 me dedico a la realidad aumentada. Investigo, establezco contactos y doy charlas por todo el mundo. Gracias a mi formación en arte, fotografía, vídeo y escritura, destaco las propiedades únicas y el potencial de la RA. Soy cocreador de Bubiko Foodtour.
Proyectos recientes: «An Enormous Yes». La imagen pertenece a un proyecto que se estrenará en Signal Return el 8 de agosto de 2025. La imagen de Bubiko en Nueva York se incluirá en una próxima exposición en la Incubadora de Empresas del Queens College. Blue Matcha: este increíble té es el tema de un proyecto de libro, así como de un producto de té Bubiko +AR. Los chefs son de Grey Ghost.
Al final de ese vídeo hay un código QR para acceder a contenido de RA.
Las imágenes japonesas proceden de una colaboración en curso con el Centro de Arte Digital de Nagoya. Las fotos de Utsunomiya se exponen en el Centro de Convenciones Glass City, en Toledo (Ohio). En el Museo de Arte de Toledo hay una instalación que muestra pinturas de Paul Dodd, situada cerca de «Moses», una escultura de Tony Smith.

«Mycellium» es el nombre de una sesión íntima y semirregular de networking y retratos que organizo. One Million Cups: Tanto en persona como en línea, asisto semanalmente y he dado charlas en los grupos de 1MC de Ann Arbor y Chicago.
En el recuadro rojo aparece Sven Olaf Nelson, fundador de Pineapple Press, especializada en impresión tipográfica. Sven está creando una tipografía original para An Enormous Yes. Las imágenes colgantes doradas pertenecen al proyecto de Juan Carlos Zaldívar sobre la demencia, para el que realizamos una prueba piloto en SXSW. Por último, una foto de una flor, tomada en el jardín trasero.
